Introduction
Court Vision ("we", "our", "us") operates the website and web application at https://courtvision.tech ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Data when you register for or use our Service. Court Vision is currently an unregistered project (not yet incorporated as a company, LLC, or other formal legal entity) and is operated directly by its founding team pending formal registration. References in this Policy to "Court Vision", "we", or similar terms refer to the founders acting collectively in operating the Service until such time as a formal legal entity is established.
Ownership & Current Status
Court Vision is presently operated by its founders as an unregistered/pre-incorporation project. It is not yet a registered corporation, company, firm, partnership, or other formal legal entity.
The founders are in the process of evaluating and preparing a formal business registration. Until that process is complete, they act as the data controllers for the personal data described in this Policy and are responsible for responding to privacy-related inquiries.
Any future change in legal status (e.g., incorporation) will be reflected by an update to this Privacy Policy with a revised "Last Updated" date, and—where required—additional notice to users.

Information We Collect
1. Information you provide:
- First name and last name.
- Email address.
- Account credentials (password). Passwords are stored hashed and never stored in plaintext.
- Any optional profile information you choose to provide.
2. Information collected automatically:
- Log information such as IP address, time stamps, and browser/device information.
- Usage data about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, etc.).
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies on our public website (see "Cookies & Tracking").
3. Third-party account information:
If you use Google OAuth to sign in, we receive the information needed to authenticate your account (e.g., name, email, profile info) according to Google’s OAuth flow. See "Third-Party Services" below.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- Improve and personalize the Service, diagnose technical issues, and monitor usage.
- Protect the security and integrity of our Service.
- We do not sell personal information.
Machine Learning predictions disclaimer
Court Vision provides machine learning–based predictions about the likely winner of tennis matches. These predictions are probabilistic estimates generated by automated models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied on as professional, financial, legal, or betting advice. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for placing bets or making decisions with financial or legal consequences.
Legal Basis (where applicable)
Where required by law, our legal bases for processing personal data include: consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention), and compliance with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Linode. Please review Linode's privacy practices for details on how they handle data.
- Authentication: Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, Google’s privacy practices apply.

Data Retention
We retain account information (name, email, hashed password) for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service. We may retain backup copies and logs for a limited period for security and legal compliance. If you request account deletion, we will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days) subject to any legal or operational constraints.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Passwords are hashed before storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — use strong, unique passwords and enable additional protections where available.
Your Rights
You have the right to control your data. You can:
- Access, update, or delete your data by contacting us at support@courtvision.tech.
- Request account deletion directly via email, which will be processed within 30 days.
- Revoke Access to Connected Services: If you have connected your Google Account, you can revoke our app's access at any time from your Google Account security settings page (see https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Children
Court Vision is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us to request deletion.
International Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in servers located in jurisdictions outside your country of residence (we host on Linode - Akamai Technologies, Inc.). We will take appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
