By accessing or using https://courtvision.tech ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Court Vision is a web application that provides machine learning–based predictions for tennis matches. The Service allows users to register an account, view match predictions, and interact with available features.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age required by local law to form a binding contract, do not use the Service.

To use certain features you must create an account and provide your first name, last name, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Passwords are stored hashed. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Use the Service for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit the Service in a way that violates these Terms.

Predictions provided by Court Vision are probabilistic and for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a guarantee of future results. You agree that you will not rely on predictions as the sole basis for betting, financial decisions, or professional advice. Court Vision and its owners/operators disclaim any responsibility for losses arising from decisions you make based on the Service.

All content, code, trademarks, and logos provided by Court Vision are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant Court Vision a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., DigitalOcean for hosting, Google OAuth for authentication). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. Court Vision is not responsible for third-party services' availability or practices. See our Privacy Policy for third-party details.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Vision disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Except where prohibited by law, Court Vision and its owners/affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees (if any) you have paid to Court Vision in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support@courtvision.tech.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of North Macedonia.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or to your email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
